This honey-processed coffee comes from smallholder producers around San Lucas Tolimán near Lake Atitlán, Guatemala, and is processed through the Tinamit Cooperative. Founded by local Kaqchikel growers, Tinamit is focused on producing high-quality coffee while preserving the natural resources of the region. This coffee brings a rich sweetness and rounded body to the cup, with notes of dried berries, honey, and cocoa.
