Haru Lab Coffee is a small-batch roastery founded in the greater Sacramento area. Haru (하루), the Korean word for “day”, reflects a commitment to making each day a little better through craftsmanship and continuous refinement. Every coffee we roast is the result of thoughtful experimentation, careful sourcing, and an unwavering pursuit of quality.
