Terms of Sale

Ordering from Haru Lab Coffee means agreeing to the terms below. They're short, and mostly they explain how batch roasting works.

Roasted to order, weekly

We roast in small weekly batches, currently every Monday. The cutoff to make a given week's batch is Sunday 9am PT; orders placed after the cutoff roll into the following week. Your order confirmation states the exact roast date for your batch. Because everything is roasted to order, we may adjust timing around holidays, and we'll email you if your batch moves.

Shipping & pickup

We ship within the United States via USPS or UPS: flat $10, complimentary from $60. Orders ship the day after roast. Free in-store pickup is available at the roastery in Elk Grove. We email you the moment your order is ready to collect.

Payment & pricing

Payments are processed by Stripe; we accept major cards. Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your address. We occasionally correct pricing errors. If that affects an order you've placed, we'll contact you before charging anything different.

Returns

Coffee is perishable and roasted for you, so we can't accept returns. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email contact@harulab.coffee and we'll make it right.

Wholesale

Approved wholesale accounts see partner pricing when signed in. Wholesale orders carry a $150 minimum and ship free. Apply on the wholesale page.

These terms are governed by California law. Personal data is handled per our privacy policy. We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version.
