Dembi Espresso

After years of supplying nearby washing stations, Solomon Hameso Boku began processing coffee on his own farm in 2020, working alongside neighboring smallholder producers to create expressive natural lots. Carefully selected ripe cherries are sun-dried for up to 20 days. This developed espresso roast expresses notes of berry jam, red wine, and chocolate.
