Paola Trujillo is a chemical engineer who runs her family's Patio Bonito Farm in the Cauca region of Colombia. Combining technical precision with generations of coffee-growing experience, Paola and her family produce exceptional coffees that reflect both innovation and a profound respect for Cauca's unique terroir.
